EPG Promo Gifts specializes in manufacturing custom promotional products, including but not limited to:
custom lapel pins, challenge coins, medals, lanyards, keychains, patches, name badges, bottle openers, golf ball markers, wristbands, cufflinks, belt buckles, money clips, tie bars, and zipper pulls.

All items are made to order according to customer-provided artwork, logos, or design concepts.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order, customers must:

  1. Submit design files or ideas to our sales team.
  2. Approve artwork and quotation before production.
  3. Confirm payment according to the agreed terms.

We require a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces unless otherwise stated.
Production begins only after design and payment confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Pricing is based on product specifications, materials, quantity, and shipping method.
Full payment or deposit must be made before production starts.

We accept secure payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.
All payments are processed securely; we do not store your payment details.

5. Production and Delivery

Production timelines vary depending on product type and quantity.
We will provide estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to shipping issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs inspections, natural disasters).

Once goods are shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and for any import duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled before production starts.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible since all products are custom-made.

If changes are requested after production begins, additional charges may apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because all items are customized, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been produced.
However, if products are defective or damaged due to our manufacturing error, we will reproduce or replace them at no additional cost.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and trademarks provided by customers remain their property.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not infringe on third-party rights.

EPG Promo Gifts reserves the right to use completed products and photos for marketing purposes (e.g., portfolio or social media), unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

EPG Promo Gifts is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Shipping delays beyond our control;
  • Losses caused by customer-provided incorrect specifications or artwork.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.
